Fresh Crate takes the guesswork out of keeping your home fresh. Every month, we curate a box of premium household cleaning essentials — thoughtfully selected, beautifully packaged, and delivered right to your door.
What's Inside Each Crate?
Every Fresh Crate is filled with premium cleaning products. Think multi-surface sprays, dish soaps, laundry essentials, and specialty cleaners — all chosen for their performance, scent, and clean ingredients. We rotate products each month so there's always something new to discover, some products will repeat to make sure you always have clean sponges and brushes to use in your home!Â
Each crate may include:
- Multi-surface or all-purpose cleaners
- Dish soap or kitchen essentials
- Laundry or fabric care products
- Bathroom or specialty cleaners
- Extra cleaning goodies
When Does It Ship?
Your Fresh Crate ships within the week of when you originally ordered your first box, and will repeat each month. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Most customers receive their crate within 3–7 business days of shipment.
How Does Billing Work?
Your subscription is billed monthly on the date you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on the 10th, you'll be billed on the 10th of each month going forward. Your card is charged automatically — no action needed on your end.
How Do I Skip a Month?
Life happens — we get it. You can skip any upcoming month by logging into your account and managing your subscription before your next billing date. Skipping is easy and won't affect your subscription going forward.
How Do I Cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked. Simply log into your account, navigate to your subscription, and select "Cancel Subscription." If you cancel before your next billing date, you won't be charged for the following month.
